Nashville, Tenn. (August 10, 2017) – Adding on to the excitement surrounding the reveal of DUSTIN LYNCH’s third album, CURRENT MOOD, the Broken Bow Records hit-maker was surprised with some fresh bling last night (8/9) – two new GOLD-certification plaques for the singles “Seein’ Red” and “Small Town Boy.”

Brought out during an epic album-announce party at the historic George Dickel Distillery in Lynch’s hometown of Tullahoma, TN, the plaques signify the extension of a hot streak which has now produced five GOLD or PLATINUM singles and four #1s in a row, with “Small Town Boy” now rising through Country radio’s Top 5.

Lynch had invited members of the music community to the Dickel distillery to show off his bold new tunes – treating them to whiskey tastings and a tour while they listened – but the proven star was stunned by the plaque presentation.

“Seein’ Red” and “Small Town Boy” mark the first taste of Lynch’s much-anticipated third album, which comes out September 8. Featuring 13 tracks and produced by Brent Anderson, Mickey Jack Cones, Ross Copperman, Zach Crowell, and Will Weatherly, the album features a huge range of styles, from heartbroken Country to grooving R&B and white-hot Rock.

It’s the next step for one of the most successful solo male Country artists to break out in recent years, as Lynch’s self-titled debut and WHERE IT’S AT follow-up landed at #1 and #2 on Billboard’s Country Albums chart, respectively, and his first single, “Cowboys and Angels,” achieved PLATINUM status.

The Tennessee native has since racked up four consecutive GOLD or PLATINUM-certified #1 singles (“Where It’s At,” “Hell of a Night,” “Mind Reader,” and “Seein’ Red”), while his current release – the romantically-charged “Small Town Boy” – has become the fastest-rising single of his career.

Along the way, Lynch has transformed into a truly riveting live performer, sharing tour bills with superstars like Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line and heading out this summer as the featured supporting artist on Brad Paisley’s WEEKEND WARRIOR WORLD TOUR.

This fall, he’ll embark on his own headlining run, taking THE RIDE OR DIE TOUR across the country for a string of 15 shows, which begin November 3 in Fayetteville, NC and feature Michael Ray, Ryan Hurd and LANCO on select dates.
