LOCASH’S NEW SINGLE “FEELS LIKE A PARTY”

Acclaimed Country Duo Releases First Music with New Label Wheelhouse Records

Wheelhouse Records’ Country duo, LOCASH today released a brand-new single, “Feels Like A Party.” The good-time track, which is available at all digital retailers today, is the pair’s first release with their new label. Earlier this week, BBR Music Group/BMG announced the pair as their latest addition to its roster of artists. Written by LOCASH’s own Preston Brust and Chris Lucas along with Corey Crowder and Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard, “Feels Like a Party” is set to impact Country radio on September 4.

Known for their hits like their GOLD-certified hit, “I Love This Life” and #1 smash, “I Know Somebody,” as much as their high-energy live performances that bring crowds to their feet, LOCASH is one of the most exciting duos in the format today. The pair has been hard at work the past few years, in the studio and traveling the country as part of their own headlining tour as well as in support of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s SOUL 2 SOUL Tour.

“Landing a new record deal and putting out a new single in the same week is a crazy feeling,” said Preston Brust of LOCASH. “The response thus far has been incredible, especially from our friends at Country radio and to have people that you respect embrace you is the ultimate blessing.”

“It was so great to team up with Cory and Tyler on this song, those guys are unbelievably talented and we had a blast working with them; it really did feel like a party in the studio,” said Chris Lucas of LOCASH. “We’re so excited to share this song with the fans.”

In addition to their own radio success, Brust and Lucas have penned hits for Country megastars like Keith Urban (#1 song “You Gonna Fly”) and Tim McGraw (PLATINUM-certified “Truck Yeah”). “Feels Like a Party” was produced by cowriters, Crowder and Hubbard; the lyric video can be viewed here.
