LOCASH HITS MIAMI FOR CHARITY EVENTS AHEAD OF FOOTBALL’S BIGGEST PARTY
NASHVILLE, TN January 30, 2020 – LOCASH, the acclaimed Country music duo will head to Miami this weekend to join in the festivities surrounding football’s biggest party, all in support of great causes. Echoing the sentiments of their Top 25 “One Big Country Song,” the twosome will play in Zo’s Celebrity Golf Classic Tournament, benefitting the Mourning Family Foundation, participate in PepsiCo and Ocean Conservancy’s beach cleanup and play in the 20th annual Celebrity Flag Football Challenge® in support of our military.
- On Friday, the duo will tee off at Alonzo Mourning’s Zo’s Celebrity Golf Classic Tournament at the JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Golf Club. Information tickets for the event, which benefits the Mourning Family Foundation and their youth development work can be found here.
- Saturday morning LOCASH will head to Oleta River State Park to participate in one of PepsiCo and Ocean Conservacy’s beach cleanup series alongside Ally Brooke in partnership with iHeartMedia, Inc. For more information visit here.
- At 1pm on Saturday, LOCASH will kickoff at the 20th annual Celebrity Flag Football Challenge® presented by SunTrust now Truist as part of the “SunTrust Confidence Classic.” More than 25 athletes and celebrities including NBA favorites, UFC Fighters, actors from the HBO TV show Ballers and plenty of NFL players and alumni will come together to support law enforcement and our US military. “Coming back from our USO tour at the top of the year has us feeling really inspired to get more involved and give back,” said Preston Brust of LOCASH. “It was a great reminder of how global our community is and how we’re all in this together.”

At the beginning of January, LOCASH participated in the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff 2020 USO Holiday Tour where they visited US troops in Romania and Poland. The pair performed for our military members, participated in troop engagements and shared meals with our servicemen and women.
