DRAKE MILLIGAN’S DALLAS/FORT WORTH IS #1 iTUNES ALL-GENRE TOP ALBUMS AND iTUNES TOP COUNTRY ALBUMS CHARTS ON HEELS OF WRAPPING NBC’S #1 HIT SHOW AMERICA’S GOT TALENT

Billboard Emerging Artist’s Full-Length LP Out Today

After delivering electrifying performances, winning over fans and judges like the legendary Simon Cowell and dominating the Billboard/iTunes charts, Stoney Creek Records recording artist Drake Milligan has charged out of the gates this morning with his debut LP Dallas/Fort Worth sitting simultaneously at #1 on the iTunes All-Genre Top Albums and iTunes Top Country Albums charts. The feat comes after just last night wrapping an incredible season on NBC‘s highest rated show of the summer America’s Got Talent.

Milligan made it to the Top 3 on Wednesday’s AGT finale (9/14), following a superstar duet with five-time Billboard Chart topper Jon Pardi, and a rowdy, rollicking romp through his debut single “Sounds Like Something I’d Do” the night prior (9/13).

All season long, press outlets have praised the high-energy honky-tonker and his infectious, trad-country spirit, with everyone from Entertainment Tonight, PEOPLEUSA Today, Hollywood Life and Parade, to BillboardAmerican Songwriter, Taste of Country, The Boot and more hailing Milligan’s latest and greatest accomplishment.

The timing couldn’t be better for the rising star, whose Country-to-the-core full-length album debut arrives today (9/15), adding yet another milestone to his incredible story. The project features AGT fan favorite “Kiss Goodbye All Night,” along with others like Milligan’s new single “Sounds Like Something I’d Do,” which will be impacting Country radio Monday (9/19).

Both tracks were part of a recent feat that found Milligan dominating multiple iTunes charts, hitting #1 on both the iTunes Country Songs and the all-genre iTunes songs chart with his single “Kiss Goodbye All Night,” and also sending his self-tilted EP to #1 on both the iTunes Country Albums and the All-Genre iTunes Album chart, among other stats. At one point, Milligan held the Top 4 spots of the iTunes Country Videos chart, and occupied seven of the Top 30 spots All-Genre, including #3 (“Sounds Like Something I’d Do”) and #5 (“Kiss Goodbye All Night”).

Looking ahead, the fiery performer will ride his AGT momentum straight into a headlining tour, as he returns to the road with a full slate of dates this fall. Check out the cross-country routing below and get tickets HERE.
